ICES Final Four Teleconferences
What is this meeting?
This meeting is for us (the Coordinating Centers at UCLA and Johns Hopkins) to welcome you and your team as a site chosen to participate in the ICES trial.
Who will be involved in this meeting?
This meeting will be hosted by Dr. Paul Vespa, the head of the UCLA Surgical Center, and Amanda Bistran, the lead Study Coordinator. Members of your team that we look forward to meeting during this meeting include you (the coordinator), your Principal Investigator, your site neurosurgeon (if different), and your site neuro-intensivist, and your site acute stroke neurologist. This may vary from site to site; we will work with you to figure out who at your site needs to be on the call.
When will this call happen?
You are welcome to choose a time from the table to the right that works for your team. We expect all members to stay for the meeting in its entirety.
How long will the meeting last?
The meeting should take no longer than a half hour (30 mins). If there is discussion that should take longer, we can continue at a later time, or excuse whomever needs to leave the discussion after 30 minutes.
